The Walled Garden
Hive is school-isolated. Students can only connect with verified peers in their own district. There are no "public" feeds or anonymous users.
AI Intervention
Our integrated AI analyzes every post and comment. Harmful content is blocked before it's seen, and students get immediate feedback on why.
Citizenship Training
We reward positive behavior. Students earn safety points and digital citizenship badges for being kind and helpful community members.
Our Strike & Safety System
We use a transparent system to help students understand the consequences of their digital actions.
Post Warning
AI provides a "tap on the shoulder," explaining why a post was blocked and suggesting how to rephrase it.
Temporary Mute
Repeat violations result in a "cool-down" period (usually 1 hour) where the student can browse but not post.
Time Served
A third violation triggers a 24-hour restriction, encouraging the student to reflect on their engagement.
Admin Review
Persistent issues lead to a permanent account lock that can only be resolved by a school administrator.
